Battery Life Challenge: May 2019

Here I am, back at it again. Googling pictures of donuts until my battery dies…with a little bit of design thrown in.

With this month’s challenge, I knew I wanted to build on last month’s endeavor, attempting to re-brand my hometown bakery with a new and modern feel — except this time, taking it back, back, back to the past and doing something entirely retro and straight out of my “let’s all go to the lobby” dreams.

Here’s what I created. Time was definitely a challenge again, but it forced me to make some quick, strategic decisions. Are there things I’d go back and change? Of course! But for a 2-hour sprint, I’m proud of what’s come out of each challenge.
